There are many reasons why you may be suffering from tired eyes. But the most common reason is a stressful lifestyle. And that includes sleepless nights in a row, sitting in front of the computer for long durations or not eating nutritious food. There may be other reasons too. And that includes sleeping for at least eight hours a day, eating lots of green vegetables, taking regular breaks between computer usage and blinking your eyes every few seconds.
